摘要:
针对钇-90树脂微球治疗肝癌技术在实施过程中存在的放射性风险高、流程复杂、部门协同要求高等特点,构建一套可复制、可推广的医院管理实践路径。以北京清华长庚医院为案例,系统梳理其在钇-90治疗项目中围绕治疗流程、空间布局、设备配置、通道设计、核素管理、废物处置及辐射防护等方面建立的管理体系,并提炼关键实施要点。在该体系支撑下,自2022年至2024年底,该院已安全实施钇-90治疗312例,流程规范高效,运行机制成熟,具备较强的推广价值。本研究提出的医院管理模式可为钇-90等高技术放射性治疗项目的安全实施与标准化发展提供实践依据,为我国医疗机构推进精准肿瘤治疗提供管理参考。
Abstract:
A replicable and scalable hospital management model for yttrium-90 (Y-90) resin microsphere therapy in liver cancer is constructed to address the challenges of high radiological risk, complex procedures, and intensive interdepartmental coordination during implementation. This study takes Beijing Tsinghua Changgung Hospital as a case study to systematically analyze its hospital management practices in treatment workflow, spatial layout, equipment configuration, access corridor design, radionuclide management, waste disposal, and radiation protection, and extract the key implementation elements. Supported by this standardized system, the hospital has successfully completed 312 Y-90 treatment cases from 2022 to the end of 2024, achieving standardized, efficient workflows and well-regulated operations, with strong scalability for clinical promotion. The proposed hospital management model offers practical guidance for the safe implementation and standardized development of Y-90 and other high-technology radiotherapeutic procedures, providing valuable reference for advancing precision oncology practices in China.
