目的:分析Mimics三维重建软件结合CT穿刺弹簧圈定位在肺小结节手术中的应用。方法:选取肺小结节病例100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为试验组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。两组患者均行电视胸腔镜手术,试验组术前实施Mimics软件三维重建且弹簧圈定位。采用肺功能测定仪于手术前和手术后第7天检测患者用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)及最大自主通气量(MVV)水平,比较两组患者手术指标。结果:试验组手术时间、术中出血量、引流时间、引流量、楔形切除肺组织体积、闭合器钉仓数量、住院总费用显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。术后两组患者FVC、FEV1和MVV均升高,且试验组患者显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对肺小结节患者术前行Mimics三维重建软件结合CT穿刺弹簧圈定位可为手术提供精准导航,提高手术安全性,提高患者肺部功能。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To analyze the application of three-dimensional reconstruction using Mimics software and CT-guided coil localization in surgery of pulmonary small nodules. Methods All of the 100 enrolled patients with pulmonary small nodules underwent video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery. Three-dimensional reconstruction using Mimics software and coil localization were carried out in experimental group (n=50) but not in control group (n=50) before surgery. The forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1) and maximal voluntary ventilation (MVV) were measured using spirometer before surgery and on day 7 after surgery and the surgical indicators were compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, drainage time, drainage volume, volume of lung tissues removed by wedge-shaped resection, number of occluder nail boxes, and total hospitalization cost in experimental group were significantly shorter/less/smaller than those in control group (P<0.05). After surgery, FVC, FEV1 and MVV increased in both groups, and the increases were significantly higher in experimental group than in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of three-dimensional reconstruction using Mimics software and CT-guided coil localization can provide accurate guidance for surgery of pulmonary small nodules, enhance surgical safety, and improve the patients pulmonary function.
