摘要:
超声刺激可以作为一种安全、无创性的刺激方式。神经递质介导的突触传递,对神经活动至关重要。本文归纳总结超声刺激对神经递质的实验研究、作用机制、特点及在临床神经和精神性疾病治疗中的潜在应用价值。最后对超声刺激调节神经递质的基础及临床研究方面进行了展望。
Abstract:
Abstract: Ultrasound stimulation is a safe and non-invasive stimulation method. Neurotransmitter-mediated synaptic transmission is crucial to nerve activity. This paper summarizes the experimental researches of ultrasound stimulation, focusing on its mechanism and characteristics on neurotransmitters and its potential application in the treatment of clinical neurological and psychiatric diseases. At the end of paper, some prospects of the basic and clinical research on the regulation of neurotransmitters by ultrasound stimulation is provided.
