摘要:
 通过将输液监控终端采集到的数据无线传输到主控PC机,实现一种远程输液监控系统设计。系统硬件采用红外对射脉冲传感器和称重传感器,分别对输液滴速和余量进行监测,经下位单片机STC90C516RD的数据处理,通过WIFI无线传输到上位PC机开发的输液监控软件,实现护理工作站对整个病房的输液实时监控。经测试,当滴速异常、输液余量达到设定值时,系统将主动发出报警指令,符合系统准确性设计要求。该系统对于降低医护人员的工作强度,降低输液风险,提高医疗效率有一定的临床应用意义。
Abstract:
 Abstract: A remote infusion monitoring system is implemented by transmitting the data collected by the infusion monitoring terminal to the host PC via wireless mode. The system hardware adopts infrared pulse sensor and weighing cell to monitor the droplet velocity and the residual volume of infusion. The obtained data are processed by single chip STC90C516RD, and then transmitted to the infusion monitoring software of upper PC via WIFI, which realizes the real-time monitoring of infusion in the entire ward by nursing workstation. The test result showed that when the abnormal droplet velocity and the residual volume of infusion are up to the set value, the system will send out alarm instructions, which accords with the requirement for the accuracy. The proposed system has certain significance in reducing the workload for medical staff, decreasing risk in infusion and improving medical efficiency.
