摘要:
 急性脑卒中早期干预是改善脑卒中患者预后的重要手段。近几十年的研究表明,高压氧治疗能够有效缓解急性脑卒中患者缺血半暗带细胞的损伤、恢复细胞功能。目前,较多的研究都深入探讨了高压氧治疗脑卒中的可能分子机制。本文总结了高压氧治疗在促进神经元的功能恢复、抑制星形细胞的过度增殖、改善血流动力学、提高脑组织的氧代谢、抑制炎性因子的释放,以及减少氧自由基的产生等方面的最新研究进展。
Abstract:
 The early intervention is an important clinical treatment to improve the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction. In recent decades, many studies have shown that hyperbaric oxygen therapy can effectively treat patients with acute cerebral infarction through reliving cell damages in ischemic semi-dark band and restoring cellular functions. Presently, more studies are carried out to further investigate the possible molecular mechanisms of hyperbaric oxygen therapy for cerebral infarction. Herein we summarize the recent research progress on the potential mechanisms underlying hyperbaric oxygen therapy for cerebral infarction, including promoting functional recovery of neurons, inhibiting the excessive proliferation of astrocytes, regulating hemodynamics, improving brain tissue oxygen metabolism, inhibiting the release of inflammatory cytokines, and reducing the generation of oxygen free radicals.
