摘要:
基于神经元放电行为,首先通过快慢动力学分析研究了单个Chay神经元在电磁效应下的簇发。通过快子系统分 岔曲线上分支上Hopf分岔点的个数,结合激发态对应的稳定极限环,考察了其簇发类型及其动力学行为。其次在电磁感 应下以化学突触耦合的方式建立耦合神经元模型,通过数值仿真得到耦合系统的单参数及双参数分岔图,对系统放电行 为以及分岔现象进行分析。最后在电磁效应和化学突触耦合的共同影响下,通过统计量相似函数,量化考察了耦合系统 的同步变化及其转迁过程。电磁感应下神经元的簇动力学性质变化的结果对于电生理神经元的分析以及细胞放电的病 理研究提供了手段与依据,不仅对生物体的基本活动如生物信息传递和编码有重要作用, 而且也可以用来解释大脑的一 些基本机能。
Abstract:
On the basis of the firing behaviors of neurons, the clustering of a single Chay neuron under electromagnetic effect is studied by fast-slow dynamics analysis. Based on the number of Hopf bifurcation points on the branches of fast subsystem bifurcation curve and the stable limit cycle of excited state, the clustering types and dynamic behaviors are investigated. Then, a coupled neuron model is established by chemical synaptic coupling under electromagnetic induction. The single- and two-parameter bifurcation diagrams of the coupled system which are obtained by numerical simulation are used for analyzing the firing behaviors of neurons and bifurcation phenomena. Finally, under the combined effect of electromagnetic effect and chemical synaptic coupling, the synchronous change and transition process of the coupled system are quantified. The changes in the dynamic properties of clusters under electromagnetic induction provide means and basis for the analysis of electrophysiological neurons and the pathological study of cell discharge, which not only plays an important role in the basic activities of organisms, such as biological information transmission and coding, but also can be used to explain some basic functions of the brain.
