摘要:
目的:编制医院放射防护能力量表并进行信效度检验,为医院管理者及医务人员评估医院职业放射防护能力水平提供有效测评工具。方法:量表根据最新的国家标准和查阅相关学术文献,由专家小组反复研究讨论而成。量表的信效度是经对307名放射人员进行发放问卷调查后行统计分析、测定而成。结果:医院放射防护能力量表共包括放射防护相关规章制度、医护人员放射防护健康监测、设备维护与防护距离、辐射剂量检测设备、个人防护材料与手术操作要求,共6个维度,24个条目。I-CVI=0.90,S-CVI/Ave=0.90,内容效度良好;Cronbachs α系数=0.818,信度良好;通过探索性因子分析显示6个公因子累积贡献率=55.70%,验证性因子分析结果显示,[χ2]=276.318,df=237,[χ2]/df=1.166,RMSEA=0.033,CFI=0.913,结构效度良好。结论:医院放射防护能力量表具有良好的信效度,可作为卫生行政管理部门及医院管理者评价职业辐射防护能力的可靠、有效的工具并进行辐射防护综合评估。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To compile and validate a scale (HORPAS) for hospital managers and medical personnel to evaluate hospital occupational radiological protection ability. Methods HORPAS was compiled by an appointed expert panel based upon the latest released national standards and relevant academic literatures. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 307 radiologists for evaluating the reliability and validity of the scale. Results HORPAS was composed of 6 dimensions, with a total of 24 items. The dimensions included radiation protection regulations, radiation protection health monitoring for medical personnel, equipment maintenance and protection distance, radiation dose detection equipment, personal protective materials and surgical operation requirements. The results showed that I-CVI=0.90, S-CVI/Ave=0.90, indicating a good content validity, and that Cronbachs α=0.818, indicating a good reliability. Exploratory factor analysis showed that the factors could explain 55.70% of the total variance, and confirmatory factor analysis showed that [χ2]=276.318, df=237, [χ2]/df=1.166, RMSEA=0.033, CFI=0.913, indicating a good construct validity. Conclusion HORPAS which had a good validity and reliability can be used as a reliable and valid instrument for healthcare administration department and hospital managers to evaluate hospital occupational radiological protection ability.
