摘要:
 数字减影血管造影设备(DSA)是介入手术的关键设备,但其床旁控制器与可编程控制器(PLC)之间的接口电路复杂,存在接线繁琐、安装调试周期长且难以维护维修等缺点。本文提出一种用触摸屏代替床旁控制器的新型控制方案。该方案利用触摸屏组态软件设计床旁控制器的操作命令,命令的发送通过PLC和触摸屏之间的以太网进行传递。新方案不但有效简化了原有接口电路,大大减少信号线的数量,而且使安装维修及功能扩展变得简单易行。
Abstract:
 Abstract: The digital subtraction angiography (DSA) device is a key device in interventional surgery. But the interface circuits between bedside controller and programmable logic controller are complex. To overcome the disadvantages of the current control mode of DSA device, such as complicated wirings, long installation periods and being difficult to maintenance and repair, etc, a new scheme based on touch screen is proposed. In the new scheme, commands originally performed by the bedside controller are accomplished with the configuration software of touch screen, and are transmitted through the Ethernet between PLC and touch screen. The new scheme not only simplifies the original interface circuits effectively and reduces the number of signal lines greatly, but also makes the installation, maintenance and function expansion easier and more feasible.
