Abstract:
Abstract: In recent years, the molecular mechanism of microgravity regulating osteoblast differentiation has become a hot topic. Herein the effects of microgravity on osteoblast differentiation are reviewed, and the regulations of signaling pathways and epigenetic inheritance on osteoblast differentiation in a microgravity environment is summarized, with emphases on the action mechanisms of MAPK/ERK, Wnt/β-catenin, BMP/Smad signaling pathways and non-coding RNA. Finally, the current therapeutic measures for bone loss in a microgravity environment are introduced for providing a theoretical basis for the treatment of bone loss in space microgravity through the promotion of osteogenic differentiation in the later stage.
