Abstract:
Abstract: In order to realize the automatic sorting and detection of circulating tumor cells (CTCs), a software system applied to CTCs detector is designed and developed using object-oriented programming language C++. In the Windows environment, Duilib library is used to design and develop the software interface on VS2015. The automatic control of the detector and the collection and monitoring of working state information by the upper computer software are realized through algorithms and serial port communication. The test results of the software system show that the software system can stably and reliably realize sampling control, patient information management, and detection report generation for dual-channel CTCs sorting and detection.
