Abstract:
Abstract: The arterial pressure waveforms of 25 elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia are decomposed by wave separation analysis and arterial reservoir model for clarifying the clinical significance of arterial waveform analysis. After obtaining the waveform parameter[s such as Pf],[ Pb] and [Pe], [Pr], etc., the correlations between the variations of parameters before and after induction and the changes of clinical vital signs are analyzed. The parameters of wave separation analysis and arterial reservoir model are all related to the changes of blood pressure and heart rate during induction, and the correlation coefficient between △[Pe] and clinical index △PP is found to be the highest (r=0.926). In addition, the changes of waveform parameters are interpreted from the perspective of physiological pathology, aiming to explore the application value of waveform analysis in evaluating the anesthesia level during the induction period of general anesthesia, which can provide a new theoretical basis and technical scheme for the analysis of arterial pressure waveform and its application.
