Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the change trends of annual individual radiation dose to radiotherapy personnel in recent years, and to carry out characteristics analysis, so as to provide reference for medical management. Methods During 2016 and 2019, the annual individual radiation doses to radiotherapy personnel in Department of Radiation Oncology, Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University were statistically analyzed. There were 59, 60, 63 and 65 persons in 2016 to 2019 were enrolled in this study. The characteristics analysis was carried out after the persons were grouped by the type of work, professional title, working age and gender. Results The median of annual individual radiation dose to radiotherapy personnel in 2016 to 2019 was 0.703, 0.447, 0.202 and 0.226 mSv, respectively. In general, the radiation dose to radiation therapists was slightly higher than that to physicians and physicists, and the radiation dose to male radiotherapy personnel was higher than that to female. Conclusion In recent years, the annual individual radiation dose to radiotherapy personnel has a significant decline. More attention should be paid to the radiological protection of radiation therapists.
