Abstract:
Abstract: Tract-based spatial statistics was adopted to analyze the diffusion tensor imaging data of primary insomniacs (PI) with an aim to explore the changes in PI patients white matter. Compared to the healthy control group, PI patients white matter underwent successive changes, which were represented by the decrease of fractional anisotropy value in anterior corona radiata and in genu of corpus callosum. Moreover, a correlation analysis showed that the decreased fractional anisotropy value in genu of corpus callosum was negatively correlated with the scores of self-rating scale of sleep in PI patients.
