Abstract:
 Brain functional network reveals the mental activity of the brain, and has important significance for the brain network analysis of sub-health insomnia. Using Granger causality algorithm to establish brain functional directed network achieves the connectivity of the directional information within the electroencephalogram (EEG) at all levels, and realizes the EEG analysis for insomnia. Neuroscan of 128 channels was applied to collect the 32-channel EEG signals of 9 subjects who were in insomnia. The directional and connected relationship on the time sequence of 32-channnel EEG electrodes were calculated based on Granger causality, and simultaneously, Bayesian information criterion and F-statistics were used to examine the statistic significance of every connected value. Finally, we analyzed the connection diagrams of brain functional networks under different states which were obtained by stimulating insomnia subjects with magnetic stimulation at acupoints. The results revealed that the connections were increased between the frontal, centralis, left temporal lobe and encephalic regions, at the same time, the connections were decreased between the occipital lobe, right temporal lobe and encephalic regions after magnetic stimulating Shenmen, Neiguan and Sanyinjiao. Magnetic stimulation at acupoints for sub-health insomnia has important research significance, and the corresponding results obtained in this research provide the basis for the further research.
