- Abstract:
- Abstract: Magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) is an important method for the diagnosis and analysis of nervous system diseases. However, the development of DTI is limited by spatial resolution, signal-to-noise ratio and image quality. Herein the basic quality assurance methods for magnetic resonance imaging systems, the qualitative measurements of DTI parameters, the software tools for DTI and different fiber tracking methods are reviewed.
