Abstract:
 Abstract: A multifunctional walking stick with a series of biological sensors was designed to prevent the injuries caused by hypertension, hyperglycemia and other diseases when the elderly were travelling. The designed walking stick can be used to achieve the real-time monitoring of physiological indicators of the elderly, such as temperature, blood pressure and heart rate, so as to reduce the probability of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Moreover, the detection data can be transmitted to mobile phone operating systems, such as IOS, Andriod and so on, so that children can pay close attention to the health of the elderly.
