Abstract:
Abstract: A handheld cuffless blood pressure monitoring system is developed based on the multi-signal fusion of electrocardiogram and photoplethysmography signals. With an edge-cloud-end collaborative architecture, this system synchronously acquires physiological signals from fingertips via dedicated 3D structural devices, and integrates Bluetooth transmission with cloud-based machine learning analysis. In addition to signal preprocessing and multidimensional feature extraction, a population model is constructed using AdaBoost regressors, supplemented by TrAdaBoost.R2 transfer learning for personalized calibration. Data acquisition is conducted on 91 volunteers, and the results show that after personalized calibration, the mean error, mean absolute error, and standard deviation are -3.19, 3.65, and 4.26 mmHg for systolic blood pressure, and -0.45, 3.49, and 5.49 mmHg for diastolic blood pressure, respectively, satisfying the requirements of AAMI standards. The proposed system exhibits excellent portability and accuracy, providing a practical solution for cuffless blood pressure monitoring.
