- Abstract:
- Abstract: The optical and physiological parameters from various diseased skin tissues are detected and categorized by spatial frequency domain imaging technology, and the relationships between different types of skin diseases and the optical and physiological parameters are discussed. The experimental results show that there are significant differences in the optical and physiological parameters between the diseased skin tissues and the normal skin tissues. Spatial frequency domain imaging technology is proved to be a novel, reliable and scientific method for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases.
