- Abstract: The digital subtraction angiography (DSA) device is a key device in interventional surgery. But the interface circuits between bedside controller and programmable logic controller are complex. To overcome the disadvantages of the current control mode of DSA device, such as complicated wirings, long installation periods and being difficult to maintenance and repair, etc, a new scheme based on touch screen is proposed. In the new scheme, commands originally performed by the bedside controller are accomplished with the configuration software of touch screen, and are transmitted through the Ethernet between PLC and touch screen. The new scheme not only simplifies the original interface circuits effectively and reduces the number of signal lines greatly, but also makes the installation, maintenance and function expansion easier and more feasible.
